CHAKABOOM, the optimal dance fitness experience, provides a high-energy workout influenced by the rhythm and culture of countries around the world. NOT your average dance fitness workout, CHAKABOOM incorporates different styles of dance with ORIGINAL choreography with all styles of music into an explosive group fitness experience for all fitness levels. WHAT IS CHAKABAR?

CHAKABAR combines continuous cardiovascular activity with light to moderate weight training. The weight training is performed using a standard two-hand barbell with weight plates attached to both sides. Our trainers will guide you through a series of consecutive exercises at the appropriate pace. CHAKABAR is choreographed to popular music and will keep you engaged and motivated.

CHAKATONING is a 30-minute strength training workout that targets your whole body. Using resistance bands, and basic moves all set to great music, CHAKATONING will strengthen and tone you from head to toe.

CHAKABOUNCE is a phenomenal low-impact program performed with rebound shoes KANGOO JUMPS.
