Cucumbers are a good source of vitamin K, copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin B1.
Fennel is a source of fiber, potassium, vitamin C, and B6. It also contains calcium, vitamin A and magnesium. Fennel is also a source of zinc, vitamin A and E along with copper and manganese.
Jalapeno Peppers are a good source of Vitamins A and C as well as vitamins E and K. They contain capsaicin, which may, according to some have antibacterial properties as well as what gives the pepper its heat.
