Red Boom (seasonal)

Red Boom:  This seasonal juice is made with Red bell peppers, Carrots, Apples, Cucumbers, Lemons, Beets, Ginger and Turmeric and has a slightly spicy taste. Deep but never heavy, Red Boom provides a well balanced combination of both a sweet and sour flavor.

Red Bell Peppers are a good source of vitamin A (in the form of carotenoids), vitamin C, and vitamin B6. They are also a good source of folate, molybdenum, vitamin E, dietary fiber, vitamin B2, pantothenic acid, niacin, and potassium.

Carrots have beta-carotene and fiber. This root vegetable is also a good source of antioxidants.  Carrots are rich in vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese.

Apples are high in fiber and vitamin C, and they are also low in calories, have only a trace of sodium, and no fat or cholesterol.  Apples are high in polyphenols, which function as antioxidants.

Cucumbers are a good source of vitamin K, copper, potassium, manganese, vitamin C, magnesium, and vitamin B1.

Lemons are very rich in vitamin C, and are also a source of potassium and vitamin B6.  Lemons also provide a source of calcium, iron, potassium and zinc.

Beets are high in vitamin C, fiber, and essential minerals like potassium (essential for healthy nerve and muscle function) and manganese (which is good for your bones, liver, kidneys, and pancreas). Beets also contain the B vitamin folate.

Ginger is a root herb, is long known as being good for digestion and to help reduce inflammation, among many health benefits.  Ginger is a good source of Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), Pantothenic acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin C, Vitamin E as well as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium and Zinc.

Turmeric is also a root herb known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is a good source of Vitamin C and Magnesium, as well as Dietary Fiber, Vitamin B6, Iron, Potassium and Manganese.
